Sound familiar? “Our partners have to log in to three different places just to report usage and renew a contract.”

Future-state Experience Cloud portal designs and a clickable Figma prototype for service provider partners and aggregators, built on SLDS2 and themed to the client's brand.
Service provider home: usage reports that need action, agreement status, protection status, and consumption by product.
Impact
20+ delivery-team and client stakeholders requested access to the design file as a working reference during build
The design file stayed in active use for at least 3 months after the design engagement ended
Problem
The company sells through several distinct channel programs, each running on its own mix of workflows and portals. Partners moved between separate tools to manage licenses and subscriptions, submit usage reports, and handle renewals. That fragmentation slowed deal velocity, added manual effort to billing and reconciliation, and made the partner experience harder than it needed to be. The company was moving its quote-to-cash process onto Salesforce Revenue Cloud and needed a partner-facing portal that would put those capabilities in partners' hands.
Approach
Reviewed the client's existing digital properties and brand style sheet with stakeholders, and translated them into a style tile that maps brand to SLDS2 components
Worked with solution architects and business analysts to turn Revenue Cloud requirements into portal flows for subscriptions, contracts, usage reporting, and renewals
Designed role-specific home pages around next actions: one for service providers, and one for the aggregators who review and approve their usage reports
Designed a guided, multi-step subscription selection flow, plus contract and list views with controls that keep partners from making unintended contract changes
Built an interactive Figma prototype to walk stakeholders through the future state and to serve as the reference for the build team
Solution
A future-state Salesforce Experience Cloud partner portal, designed as one workstream within a larger Revenue Cloud implementation. Personalized home pages show each partner type what needs their attention: service providers see reports awaiting review or resubmission, agreement status, and consumption by product; aggregators see expiring agreements, usage reports to approve or reject, and reporting adherence across their network. Guided flows walk partners through choosing subscriptions and managing contracts without leaving the portal. Built on SLDS2 and themed to the client's brand, the designs map to standard Salesforce components, which gave the build team a clear, shared reference from design through implementation.
